    Once you have unzipped this file, from a command prompt pointing to where this is all located, type: java CODA_RPG_Tools.
    NOTE: You must have the Java Runtime Environment to use this program.

    All I have right now is the intro selection page, the options page, and a blank page for the creator page finished right now. Graphics, et al. are to come later.
